Amazeballs

I got this recipe from my sister-in-law Tara. They are a great alternative to a dessert or for a little pick-me-up in the middle of the day.  They are super easy to make and delicious! 

Amazeballs




Ingredients:
1/2 c. old-fashioned oats
1/2 c. almond butter (I used Justin's almond butter)
2 Tbsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp hemp hearts (can find chia seeds and hemp hearts in the organic aisle)
1 tsp raw honey (or any honey you have on hand)
handful of dark chocolate (sharffen berger chocolate chunks are great!)
1/2 c. shredded unsweetened coconut

Directions:
1. Mix together oats, almond butter, chia seeds, hemp hearts, honey, and chocolate chunks.




2. Form the mixture into small balls and roll in shredded coconut.  Keep refrigerated and enjoy!
